200g green onions(shallots), finely sliced on the diagonal

Stir fry vegetables
Heat half the oil in a wok, over high heat. Add beef mince. Cook in batches for 5 minutes, breaking up with the back of a wooden spoon, until brown. Drain and set aside.
Reduce heat to medium, add remaining oil, add eggs and cook for 30 seconds. Add rice, stir to coat rice in egg.
Add chicken booster, salt, sugar and brown onions. Return beef to pan with oystersauce and dark soy sauce, stir until well combined and heated through.
Serve garnished with green onions and with stir fried vegetables if desired.
